legislative information system, offering information about legislators and their staffs, bill histories, sponsorships and
voting information, committee memberships, an activist database and more as well as being a contact management system,

You access Point of Contact with a unique Username and Password. All data transactions
in Point of Contact are conducted using secure 128 bit encrypted technology.
Our servers use the latest security techniques and our network is monitored
24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year by trained and skilled
network technicians.

We guarantee a minimum of 99.8% uptime. That means our servers, networks and attached
services will be available to you at least 99.8% of the time. You will
be able to access your data when you need it. We use top of the line network
hardware and software and we have two redundant data centers so if one
goes down, the other will be available.

Point of Contact is a subscription service. You pay a yearly fee for access. For
this fee you get the use of our Contact Management software, our Legislative
Directory service, our Bill tracking service, unlimited users, free training
and the data backup and support services.
